Sure-Fi manufacturing uses top of the line equipment to meet the exacting standards that we require, not only for our products, but for yours.
All personnel are qualified to operate the SMT line equipment. We follow all IPC-9850 standards during production and utilize only Lead-Free solder.
Our equipment is capable of populating printed circuit boards with SMD component sizes from 0201 – 50mm x 150mm at a rate of up to 42,000 CPH Optimum and 29,000 CPH IPC-9850 standard
Sure-Fi has capabilities to produce circuit boards using modern Surface Mount Technology (SMT) as well as Through-hole components.
Printed Circuit Board Assemblies are populated in house utilizing both SMT & Through Hole processes. We have the latest Pick & Place equipment followed by our dual nozzle selective solder machine.
Any through-hole components that require hand-soldering are accomplished by one of our seasoned solder techs. Our techs follow all IPC-A-610 standards
When electronics are required to be exposed to harsh conditions, Sure-Fi can add the Conformal Coating protection necessary for normal function.
Conformal coating may be beneficial in more than just harsh conditions. When the coating is applied to boards in typical operating environments, it is still protecting the board's components from humidity, dust, and a myriad of unseen antagonists.
You may also be required by a customer or regulating body to ensure that you apply the conformal coating to specific standards, given your application.
Applying conformal coating will surely increase the longevity of your PCBA and, therefore, your products and customer satisfaction.
