Use of Services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse integrated third-party platforms, including Meta APIs.

Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Third-Party Integrations. Our services may connect to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and GoTo Connect. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers’ terms.

Content. Content submitted for publishing through our platform must comply with applicable law and destination platform policies. We reserve the right to review, approve, or decline content.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Sure-Fi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Program Description. Sure-Fi’s text messaging program is used to send customer support communications.

Opt-In. You may opt in via our website contact form, verbal consent, or by initiating a text conversation with our support team. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out. Text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency and Cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
